An amazing coincidence! I noticed it around afternoon. Three time-pieces, totally unrelated to each other, were running unusually slow. My wrist-watch showed me correct time at 06.30 AM. A few hours later, at around 9.00 AM, we noticed the office clock showing wrong time. I checked my wrist-watch, it was showing wrong time! Later, I asked my mom @ home, she said one of the clocks was showing wrong time since morning! All of them were confirmed to be working fine just a couple of hours ago. I would place this window of delay between 6.30 AM and 10.00 AM in the morning (IST.)
